For the first month, there will be two sessions a week, taking place on a Monday and Wednesday, before moving to once session a week from Wednesday 7th August - running from 7-8.30pm.

St Benedict's Playing Field will play host, though some training may take place on Ealing Common ; there will be further communication once venues are fully confirmed. The pre-season dates are listed below :
